I just wanted to say that after reading your book, I find myself quoting from it or referring to it when talking to friends, family, coworkers, vendors, etc. I was also pleased to learn that my small business already had certain policies/processes in place that benefit our people and community - but I'm excited to start putting some new processes in place to get us on a more balanced path.
